bless the broken road

I don’t know what’s been going on in my head lately but I’ve been doing a lot of “wow, everything means something” kind of thinking.

You know when you look back at a certain instance, or a certain person you met, etc, and wonder what the reason for it is?  Because I strongly believe that everything or everyone that comes into your life, is there for a reason.  A concrete reason.  Whether it was to teach you something little about life, yourself, or who you want to be.  

And what’s amazing is, you may not even realize until years later.  It’s something that’s been happening to me lately.  For example leaving school in Maryland after only a semester.  Oh man, the things I learned about myself during those few months I was away.

My life today is NOTHING that I thought it would be 2 years ago.  I guess what I’m trying to say is, don’t regret anything.  Because if you never did it, you never would have learned that it wasn’t for you.
