Jazz at Lincoln Center
I can’t believe I haven’t blogged about this. But I WAS ON THE ANDERSON COOPER SHOW. It was such an incredible experience. And Jazz at Lincoln Center (where the show is filmed) is such a NYC experience. Everything is so beautiful, and…expensive. And right in the heart of Columbus Circle.
Now onto the show, it aired a few weeks ago on a Friday. It was about women who date prisoners…yeah a pretty interesting, not light, topic. However, it was interesting to hear and learn about what goes on in these women’s minds…even if I don’t necessarily agree with their choices. Regardless, I had my shining moment when I stood 1 foot from the darling Anderson Cooper himself. He may be very little in person, but his sense of humor and personality make up for it.
Make it to the big screen…CHECK.
It was a pretty great way to start 2012.
Plus, I got to spend it with one of my favorite people on this planet— my cousin, who just so happens to be one of my very best friends.
